With reference to the said notice we would like to state that we have obtained completion
certificate for all buildings in the project except Building D. We have also uploaded Declaration
of Apartment, Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, Form 4 and Form 5 for all years.

We could not do timely compliances and update the project due to the following:

1. Rera Act was new so there was lack of knowledge regarding compliances.
2. Outbreak of COVID-19 hence the construction activity was disturbed.
3. The books of accounts were not finalized in time due to repetitive extension of due dates
   for other statutory compliances because of COVID-19 and hence there was delay in all
   aspects.
4. Also due to extension of due dates there was delay in obtaining forms from professionals
   mainly Forms 3 and 5.

We have also made all the updation in relation to the project like Booking Details, Cost
Updation, Project Professional Details, Stage of Work, etc.
