Building situated on the plot bearing C.N. No/CTS No./Survey no./ Final Plot no 9+1
of Village DASAK Taluka NASHIK District NASHIK PIN            admeasuring 598.98 sq.mts.
area being developed by SAI HOME BUILDERS THR.PARTNER MILIND GAMBHIR,SANDIP
DHANDE, NILIMA DHAKE AND SANKET WANI

     I. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
         (i)      M/s/Shri/Smt AJIT KULKARNI                   as Architect ;
         (ii)     M/s /Shri / Smt SUNIL PATEL                  as Structural Consultant
         (ii i)   Ws /Shri / Smt                               as MEP Consultant
         (iv)     M/s /Shri / Smt                              as Site Supervisor.
     2. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to
        the best of my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that                  Building/           Wing
        of the Building has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been
        erected / re-erected / constructed and enlarged. The               Building/      Wing of the
        Building is granted Occupancy Certificate/Completion Certificate bearing number
