       CLARIFICATION REGARDING NUMBER OF FLOORS AS PER SANCTIONED PLAN

We, Viraj Estates Pvt. Ltd. have submitted Form 4 and Occupancy Certificate for our project
named NIRVAAN RESIDENCY. The said Form 4 was not accepted and we have received
comment as under:

There is discrepancy in No of Floors as per sanctioned plan.

In view of the same we would like to state that though the occupancy certificate issued by
Nashik Municipal Corporation mentions Ground + Podium + 18 Floors but:

1. At actual there are no units on the 18th Floor. It only has lobby and staircase which
   connects to the common terrace of the building. The same can be verified on
   completion plans (specifically sheet no. 9) uploaded on the portal.

2. We have also uploaded Declaration of Apartment in Status of Formation of Legal Entity
   Tab where again it can be verified that there are no units on 18th Floor.

3. Due to the rules and regulations of Nashik Municipal Corporation they have asked our
   project architect to mention 18th Floor on Completion Plan and accordingly they have
   issued occupancy certificate stating Ground + Podium + 18 Floors.

4. In backdrop of the above we have changed the number of floors to 18 in Add Building
   section to match the plans and occupancy certificate.

  Please consider the facts and accept our Form 4.
