1) This certificate is issued in accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
      Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
      Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Rea! Estate Agents,
      Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 20L7.


2l We have obtained al! the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
      during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this
      certificate.


3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
      documents, and the relevant records of Viraj Estates Pvt. ttd. for the period ended
      3ll03l2020 and hereby certify that:

      i) Virai Estates Pvt. Ltd. has completed 5% of the project titled Nirvaan Residency
          MahaRERA Regn. No P51G00O226S9located at Nashik.


      ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. l,6G,g!,0g4 and amounts
          collected tilldate is Rs. 1,G6,91,094.


      iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 1,6691,000 and amounts
          withdrawn till date is Rs. 1,G6,91,000.


4l We certifo that Viraj Estates Pvt. ttd. has utilized the amounts collected for Nirvaan
      Residency only for that project and the withdrawal from the

      of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the pe
      completion of the project.
