       tu per above mentioned subject we hereby state that the Real Estate Project Named

Swami Heights, has been developed at Trimbakeshwar Taluka. At the current stage the said

project is completed and got the Completion Certificate/Occupancy Certificate from local

Authority.


       We also state that as per Legal Opinion of Advocate the apartment declaration is not

required for the said project as per Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970. We

hereby attached the extract of the said provisions in the Act.
