1) This certificate is issued in accordance with provisions ofthe Real Estate (Regulation and
    Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
    Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents,
    Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.


2) We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
    during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose ofthis
    certificate.


3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
    documents, and the relevant records of Anand Euilders & Developers for the period
    ended 31/03/2021 and hereby certify that:


    i) Anand Builders & Developers has completed 90% of the project till 3L/03/2021
        titled SaiArvind Apartment, MahaRERA Regn. No P51600022144 located at Nashik.

    ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is ( 84,22690 and amounts
         collected till date is ( 89,91,690.


    iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is ( 8O8O602 and amounts
         withdrawn till date is ( 80,84,475.
