              B. Name of the Project with CS/CTS/Survey No.: KUBER NAGARI APARTMENT at Survey
                 No.7618lL, Village Bhagur, Taluka & District Nashik.


                t. We are aware that as per section al4(c & d) of RERA Act,2016, read with Rules &
                   Regulations made their under, an authenticated copy of Approvals and
                   Commencement Certificates, Sanctioned Plans & Layout are required to be obtained
                   from the Planning Authority/ Competent Authority.


                2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Nashik Metropolitan Region
                   Development Authority, Nashik on 04.07.2019 for Building named KUBER NAGARI
                   APARTMENT.


                3. Also, the Commencement Certificate/ Building Plans are approved by Nashik
                   Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Nashik on 04.07.2019. Further
                   Commencement Certificate is granted up to
                    Building A - Ground + t habitable floors (Out of approved total G+ t habitable floors)
                    Building B - Ground habitable Floor (Out of approved total Ground habitable floors )
                    Building C - 3 habitable floors (Out of approved total 3 habitable floors)


                4. Further, Commencement Certificate / Approvals, as and when approved will be
                    uploaded under document section of this project immediately.
