     occupation certilicate/ completion ccrtificate for the building/s from the Nashik Municipal
     corporation being the planning Authority under whose jurisdiction thc aloresaid proiect is
     being implemented.

     4. The Estimated Cost incurred till datc is calculated at Rs, 19,06,94,121/- (Rs. Nintecn
     Crore Six Lakh Ninety Four Thousand One Hundred Twenty One Only) Total oftable A
     & B]. The amount of Estimated Cost incurred is calculatcd on the basis ol input materials /
     serr'ices used and unit cost of these items.

     5. Ttre Balance cost of Completion of the Civil, MEp and Allied works for Completion ol
     the apartments and proportionate completion of internal & external works as per
     specifications mentioned in agreement of sale, of the project is estimated at Rs.
     4,02,79,479/- (Rs. Four Crore Two Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Eight Hundred
     Seventy Nine Only) {Total ofTable A & B).

     6. I certify that the Cost of the Civil, MEp and allied work the apartmcnts and
     proportionate completion of internal & extcrnal works as per specifications mentioned in
     agreement of sale of the aforesaid Project as completed on the date of this certiFicate is as
     given in Table A & B below:
