        B. Name of project with CS/CTS/survey no.- 11/1A/1A/1/2/3/1 Plot No 18,
        Village- Deolali Gaon, Nashik Road, Taluka - Nashik.
           1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA act. 2016, read with
               Rules & Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals
               and commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to
               be obtained from the Planning Authority/ Competent     Authority
           2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Nashik Municipal
               Corporation, Nashik (Planning authority) on 05/07/2021 for Mahurgad
               Housing Co-Op Society (Building)
           3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by
               Executive     Engineer, Town    Planning     Department,   Nashik   Municipal
               Corporation, Nashik on 05/07/2021. Further Commencement Certificate is
                ranted up to 7 (Seven) Habitable Floors. (Out of approved total 7 Habitable

              Floors
           4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will
              be uploaded under document section of this project immediately.
