With reference to the said notice we would like to state that we have obtained completion
certificate for the said project and we have updated all the information on the portal which
is required for closure. We have also uploaded Declaration of Apartment, Completion
Certificate, Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, Form 4 and Form 5 for all years.

We could not do timely compliances and update the project due to the following:

1. Rera Act was new so there was lack of knowledge regarding compliances.
2. Outbreak of COVID-19 hence the construction activity was disturbed.
3. The books of accounts were not finalized in time due to repetitive extension of due dates
   for other statutory compliances because of COVID-19 and hence there was delay in all
   aspects.

Apart from the above we have completed our project in due time. We have also made all the
updation in relation to the project like Booking Details, Cost Updation, Project Professional
Details, Stage of Work, etc.
