SUBJECT: Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal by
Unity Buildtech for the period from Otlo4l2020 to 3U0312021 with respect to MahaRERA
Regn. N u m ber PSL6OOO22O22.


1) This certificate is issued in accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
     Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
     Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projeds, Registration of Real Estate Agents,
     Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 20L7.


2) We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
     during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this
     certificate.


3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
     documents, and the relevant records of Unity Buildtech for the period ended
     3110312021 and hereby certify that:


     i) Unity Buildtech has completed 50% of the project titled Guru Gobind Avenue
          MahaRERA Regn. No P51600O22O22located at Nashik.


     ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 428,68,037 and amounts
          collected til! date is Rs. 484t0,037.


     iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 3,80,0&160 and amounts
          withdrawn till date is Rs. 4,35, 40,012

4) We certify that Unity Buildtech has utilized the amounts collected for Guru Gobind
    Avenue only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of
    the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of
    completion of the project.


Note: The promoter has not maintained separate bank account for rera receipts from
customer and the payment is not split in ratio of 70:30.
