       1. We are aware that as per section a[2](c & d) of RERA Act, 2OL6, read with Rules &
          Regulations made their under, an authenticated copy of Approvals and
          Commencement Certificates, Sanctioned Plans & Layout are required to be obtained
          from the Planning Authority/ Competent Authority.


       Z. Accordingly, we have ohtained layout appr.oval from Nashik Municipal Corporation
          on 23lO8l2O2Lfor Building named Mahalaxmi Sankul.


       3. Also, the Commencement Certificate/ Building Plans are approved by Nashik
          Municipa! Corporation on 23lOgl2O2L. Further Commencement Certificate is
          grahted up to Basement + Ground + 5 habitable floors (Out of approved total
          Basement + Ground + 5 habitable floors)


       4. Further, Commencement Certificate / Approvals, as and when approved will be
          uploaded under document seqtion of this project immediately.
