1. This certificate is issued accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
     Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development)

     (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and
     Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

2. We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Firm, during our audit,
     which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

3. We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the
     relevant records of Rupesh S. Bagad for the period ended 31.03.2020 and hereby certify that:

i.   M/s. Rupesh S. Bagad Builders and Developers have completed 68.88% of the project titled Swasthi
     Apartment, MahaRERA Regn. No. P51600021568 located at Plot no 8 of s. No. 1028/A situated at Nashik
     Shivar, Nashik.



i. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 2,22,66,000/- and amount collected till date is
     RS. 3,45,96,500/



ii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 2,22,66,000/- and amount withdrawn till
     date is Rs. 3,44,83,000/-



4. We certify that the Rupesh S. Bagad has utilized the amounts the collected for Swasthi Apartment for that
     project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account of the said project has been in

 Notes:

 1. The percentage of completion of the project mentioned at para 3(i) of this certificate refers to
 percentage of completion in terms of cost incurred on the project as per books of accounts to the

 total estimated cost of the project as per books of accounts.


  2. The certificate at Para 4 of this certificate is not considered necessary in view of clarification issued
  by Circular No. 7/2017 dated 4.7.17 clarifying that there is no end use restriction on the amount

  which is withdrawn from the separate account.


  3. As per the Form 3 Submitted to our office dated 25/05/2020 wherein the percentage of
  completion is 57.01% and the withdrawal amount certified is Rs. 2,92,54,002/- whereas the actual
  completion as per the expenditure dated 31.3. 2020 is 68.88% and the total withdrawal as per books
  of accounts is Rs. 3,44,83,000/-
