(16) Apart from the above observations, I had taken Search in the available Index-II Registers kept at the Office of Joint Sub-Registrar, Class - II, Nashik-l to 6 since the year 1989 to 2019 i.e. 30 years (vide E Challan No.-MH01266515520t8198, dtd.2l03l20l9) & at the time of search, some record were found in tom condition & after perusal of available record, I have found abovesaid two Regd. Sale-Deeds- Doc. \+:,' i*d4-' Nos.-800/2019 & 801/2019, dtd.29l0ll20l9. Also I have not come ;
