with respect to MahaRERA Regn. Number P51500021505.

1) This Certificate is issued in accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
      Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
      Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents,
      Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 20L7.


2l We have obtained al! the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
      during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this
      certificate.


3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
      documents, and the relevant records of Yogeshwar Realty for the period ended
      3tl03l2021 and hereby certify that:

      i) Yogeshwar Realty has completed 7oo/o of the project titled Shivalik Sigma
           MahaRERA Regn. No P51500021505 located at Nashik.


      ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 5,25,60,926 and amounts
          collected till date is Rs. 7,75,46,276.


      iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 5,29,54,789 and amounts
          withdrawn till date is Rs.7,74,14090.
