     I, Mr. Uttam Navale have undertaken an assignmen t of supervisio n of this real estate
     project.

     OUR RESPONSIBILITY

            I am responsible for carrying out the work in accordanc e with that with
     developme nt permission and as per the approved plan and submit certificate of
     supervisio n of work and to carry out material testing in-situ or in authorised laboratory
nI   and to ensure quality of work & workmansh ip as per prescribed specificatio ns, & as per
     NBC and/ or other relevant code of practice.

     [1] INPUT MATERIALS, FIXTURES & FITTINGS

             I hereby certi~ that all _constr~c:ion material, Fixtures and Fittings with regard
     to the flooring, Electrical, Sanitary F1tt1ngs, etc and amenities to be provided b the
     Promoter in the said project, building and the Apartment as are as per specific~i ons
     mentioned in Annexure 'E', of Agreement to Sale.

     For those items, where no speci_fication have been mentioned in Agreemen t of Sale, the
     Materials, Fixtures and Fittings used conform to the relevant BIS Standard/ IS/ National
     Building Codes or as per Industry Standards.

                            Promoters has engaged structural engineer Mr. R.G. Birla having Licenses no
                     856254 dated 13.01.2021 having office at 201, 2nd floor, Amar Arcade, Kulkarni colony,
                      Sandhu Waswani Road, Nashik-5 cell no 9423080479.

                     The structural design of buildings in this Project has been done under his supervision.
                     The formwork and concrete mix design has been done as per IS 10262:2009 or as per
                     other relevant codes as applicable. His periodic checks and certificates for STABILITY

            -   /     and SAFETY have been kept on record.

                      [5] PRESERVATION OF RECORDS
                             Record of all test results of this Project have been properly kept in the prescribed
                      form~t and will be preserved at least up to the Defect Liability Period or for the period as
                      required by any other provision of Law.

                      Please specify deviation in quality of materials or any other item of work which were not
                      conforming to the specifications as mentioned in Agreement of Sale.
