    1) This certificate is issued in accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
          and Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation
          and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate
          Agents, Rates of !nterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 20L7.

    2l We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
          during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of
          this certificate.


    3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
          documents, and the relevant records of Sahajanand Builders & Developers for the
          period ended 07lO3l2O20 and hereby certify that:


          i) Sahaianand Builders & Developers has completed 100% of the project titled
               Laxminarayan Garden, MahaRERA Regn. No. P51600020246 located at Nashik.


          ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 2,90,26,926 and amounts
,              collected till date is Rs. 2,90,26,926.


          iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 2,89,8L,121and amounts
               withdrawn till date is Rs. 2,89,81,121.
