        relevant code of practice.
        1. Input Materials, Fixtures and Fittings

        I / We hereby certify, that all construction material, Fixtures and I ittings with regard
                                                                                                                        to the
        flooring. Eleitrical. Sanitary finings etc. and amenities to be provided by the Promoter in the
        said Pr'oiect, building and the Apartment as arc as per specifications mentioned in Annexurc
        'E', of Agreement of Sale.
            For those items, where no specifications have be en mentionecr in agreement of sale.
     The materials, Fixtures and fittings used conform to the relevant BIS StandJrds
     Building codes or as per industry standards.
