         Nashik- 4220O2l-Promoter of the project "suyojit Viridian Vallis Phase-2, E-5 VlVtDE"
         having its project land bearing out of Survey No 145/1, L45/3, L49/L , L49/2, LSL, L52,
         L55/2 admg 2867.04sq.mtrs) situated at Village Makhmalabad, Nashik, Taluka, Nashik do
         hereby declare and state as under-
         o No litigation is pending before any forum challenging our right, title and lnterest and
             that of the previous owners /Developers.
         o   No loan is outstanding against the name of. our company i.e. Sun lnfrastructules Pvt.
             Ltd.,. by way of mortgage of the said project land in favour of any bank of financial
             lnstitution.
         o   The said project land is thus free from all encumbrances and charges. Such Certificate is
             issued to us by the Advocate.
             This Declaration is given on the basis of knowledge and the relevant documents of title
             such as Property Card/ 7/L2 Extract , Development Agreement, Power of Attorney,
             Sanctioned Plans, other signed documents relating to Project land.
