                     Declaration for Draft of Asreement for Sale and Allotment Letter
        We Mr. Anant Keshav Rajegaonkar and Mr. Anil BhavarlalJain Director authorized Directors
        of Sun lnfrastructures Pvt. Ltd Promoter of the Project have been involved in the
        development of the Project,"suyojit Viridian Vallis- Phase 2 E-3, VlVlDE", which is the
        project applied for registration under RERA. The Promoter intends to construct (l Nos
        building (Daisy 1st 1s r,a;;+,--:to 12th Floors).:-'i--;----.--'--'building having parking'plus
        12 number of floors comprising of 96 number of Apartments, utilizing and consuming the
        Floor Area Ratio/Floor Space lndex on the land bearing Out of Survey No 145/1, L4513,
        L49/L , L49/2, LsL, L52, L55/2 admg 2867.04 Sq.mtrs) situated at Village Makhmalabad,
        Nashik, Taluka, Nashik.

        The Promoter shall be entering into written agreement(s) for sale with the prospective
        Allottee(s) for the purpose of allotment of the apartments in the building of the said Project
        as is required under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development Act),
        2016 (RERA). The agreement for sale shall specify the particulars of development of the
        project including the construction of building and apartments, along with specifications and
        development works, the dates and the manner by which payments towards the cost of the
        apartment is to be made by the Allottee(s), the date on which the possession of the
        apartment is to be handed over, the rates of interest payable to and by the promoter to or
        bythe Allottee in case of default, and such other.particulars, as have been prescribed under
        RERA and the MahaRERA Rules,2017.

        The Promoter hereby declares that the terms and conditions to be put in the said
        Agreement shall be in conformity with RERA & MAHARERA rules and that the broader terms
        and conditions as per RERA and MAHARERA shall be included in the preparation for Draft of
        Agreement for Sale and Allotment Letter. We shall upload them as soon as they are ready.
