 Surveyor of certifying Completion of Construction Work of Panchami Residency Building/ Wing of the
 Building Panchami Residency situated on the Plot bearing 05, Survey Number 297/1B, Village Nashik,
 Nashik 422010 demarcated by its boundaries (latitude and longitude of the end points) 12 M Road to
 the North, Survey No 298 to the South, Plot No 6 to the East, Plot no. 4 to the West of Division
 Nashik Village Nashik Taluka Nashik District PIN 422010 admeasuring 376 sq.m. area being
 developed by M/S S. K. BUILDCON.

     1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter -
        (i)    Shri Vijaykumar Kisan Sanap as Consulting Engineer / L.S. / Architect ;
        (ii)   Shri Vijaykumar Kisan Sanap as Structural Consultant.
        (iii)  M/s /Shri / Smt                               as MEP Consultant
        (iv)   M/s /Shri / Smt                              as Site Supervisor.
     2. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to the
        best of my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that Panchami Residency Building/Wing of the
        Building Panchami Residency has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it
        has been erected / re-erected / constructed          and enlarged. The Panchami Residency
        Building/Wing of the Building is granted Occupancy Certificate/Completion Certificate bearing
        number     LND/BP/Pathardi/DCR/0174/2020       dated 05/03/2020 by NASHIK MUNICIPAL
        CORPORATION (Local Planning Authority)
