1) This certificate is issued in accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
      and Development) Act, 2015 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation
      and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate
      Agents, Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2OL7.


2l We have obtained al! the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
      during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of
      this certificate.


3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
      documents, and the relevant records of Matoshri Buildcon for the period ended
      3t10312020 and hereby certify that:


      i) Matoshri Buildcon has completed 90% of the project titled Mahalaxmi Towers
           MahaRERA Regn. No P516000tBl72located at Nashik.


      ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 4,57,91,074 and amounts
           collected till date is Rs. 5,07,94,074.


      iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 4,55,46,450 and amounts
           withdrawn till date is Rs. 5,06,49,450.
