         mhasrul shiwar, nashik demarcated by its boundaries- adj survey no. 300
         to the north, plot no. 3 to the south, colony road to the east, open space to
         the west, tal. & district nashik, pin 422004 admeasuring 1144.95 m² area
         being developed by Dhanait Ahire Associates.

   Sir,
                     I, Er. Vijay sanap, nashik have undertaken assignment as architect
                 /licensed engineer of certifying percentage of completion of construction
                 work of the ‘DA Nandanvan’ situated on the plot no. 4+5+6+7, survey no.
                 Gut no. 301 of Mhasrul shiwar, tal. & district nashik, admeasuring 1144.95
                 m² area being developed by Dhanait Ahire Associates..

      Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
          (i)      M/s/Shri/Smt Er.Vijay Sanap as L.E. / Architect ;
          (ii)     M/s /Shri / Smt Er. Er. Prasanna Bhore as Structural Consultant



                     Based on completion certificate received from structural engineer and site
                 supervisor, and to the best of my knowledge I/We hereby certify that ‘DA
                 Nandanvan’ apartment building has been completed in all aspects and is fit for
                 occupancy for which it has been erected / re-erected constructed and enlarged.
                 The building is granted occupancy certificate bearing number C2/27727/2021
                 dated 17/08/2021 by Nashik Municipal Corporation, Nashik.
