The title of land bearing Plot No. 4+5+6+7, S. No. 301 of Mhasarul Shivar, Tal. &
Dist . Nashik is clear and there is no litigation and encumbrances.

On the above said project I have not taken project loan from any financial
Institution.

I have already uploaded commencement certificate and sanction building plan
copies.
