Completion of Construction Work of “Guruprasad Apartment” Building situated in the Survey No. 424/6/2/2/2
+ 424/6/2/1, Plot No. 29+30 of Makhamalabad Shiwar, Taluka & District Nashik PIN 422003 admeasuring
446.92 sq. mts. Area being developed by Mr. RAMNATH BABURAO JADHAV & Mr. PRASHANT PRABHAKAR
GURULE & OTHERS.

     2.   Following Technical Professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :––
             (i) M/s /Shri. Sunil D. Bhor as L.S. / Architect ;
             (ii) M/s /Shri. Sunil D. Bhor as Structural Consultant
             (iii) M/s /Shri. Sunil D. Bhor as MEP Consultant
             (iv) M/s /Shri. Sunil Jadhav, Jail Road, Nashik-road as Site Supervisor.
3.   Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to
     the best of my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that “Guruprasad Apartment” Building has
     been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected / re-erected
     / constructed and enlarged. The “Guruprasad Apartment” Building is granted Full Occupancy
     Certificate/Completion Certificate bearing number C-2/25030/2019 dated 19/12/2019 by
     Town Planning Department of Nashik Municipal Corporation.
