             are the absolute & exclusive owner & otherwise is well & sufficiently entitled
             to all that piece & parcel of the land bearing situated at Nashik, Tal. Dist.
             Nashik, more particularly described in the first schedule written hereunder.

             We have jointly purchased the said property from the previous owners Mr.
             Murlidhar Prabhakar Dixit and others by a sale deed dated 31-5-2013 which is
             duly registered at the office of Sub Registrar, Nashik 5 at Sr. No. 7615 on 19-6-
             20i3 and as such our names are mutated in the owners column of the record
             of rights and by virtue of the said documents we have absolute right to develop
             the said property in any manner whatsoever.

             We have jointly prepareci a buil<iing pian which is duly approved by the Na1hlk
             Municipat Corporation under commencement certificate No. LND/BP/
             Cl I 57 ,2885 Dated 28-5-2018 and as per the approved building plan we have
             commenced construction of ten row houses on the said property and we shall
             jointly complete the said entire project and sell the super structure thereon to
              the prospective purchasers.
