under the supervision of Sadanand Adole Architect License No CA/2008/41694 may be occupied on the following conditions-

  1 - Due to this construction, in the development plan of the municipality, if any public work is obstructed, the construction will
be removed from your expense. There will be no compensation for this.
2 - Unauthorized construction is done on an independent plot / house structure or in the form of a shop / passage, balcony,
terrace etc, etc. without any unauthorized locked / prescribed permission / changes in the floor / floor / house extension etc.
Detailed details were submitted to you.
3 - The property is owned and occupied by the legal owner of the property and no other person has any legal right nor is any
dispute regarding ownership claim and no claim in any court pending in relation to the proprietary rights. The owner has been
given all documents.
4 - This income/Property has not been used by the Igatpuri Municipal Council for any reason before and for the reason of
cancellation of the building permission. Hence, there is no claim pending in any court in accordance with any notice given by
Igatpuri Municipal Council regarding ownership, occupation. Similarly, the Igatpuri Municipal Council has given no notice to
the owner Ancillary or other articles If the NOC is given, its details are as follows.
5 - This property is not a part of the area which is declared or acquired by the government or declared as an additional area
under section 20.21 of the Civil Land, Maximum Retention Act 1976, or the area which is payable to the Government. In this
regard, the letter and letter of the letter has been submitted independently in accordance with the Civil Land Act, 1976.
