      C. N. No/ CTS No. Survey no. / Final Plot no Plot No. 02+06+07 S No. 28/2-1+5/2/28-4+55/1A/1 of
      Division Ambad village Nashik taluka Nashik District Nashik PIN 422010 admeasuring 3332.80 sq.mts.
      Area being developed by Kamdhenu Co-Operative Housing Society.

              (i)        M/s/Shri/Smt Rameshbhai Rampariya as Structural Consultant

      3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to the
      best my/our knowledge 1/we hereby certify that 1 Building(s)/ Wingls) of the Building has been
      completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected/ constructed and
      enlarged. The 1 Building's)/ Wingls) ofthe building is granted Occupancy Certificate/ Completion
      Certificate bearing number 25650 dated 03/07/2020 by Nashik Municipal Corporation.
