                                                 DECLARATION




We, VIVA Highways Limited, have registered Proposed Project "Shree Ganesh Castle Ph-2"
and received Registration Certificate vide # P51600016001 dated 11/04/2018. However, till
date we have not sold single unit under this Project nor have received any consideration
against any of the units.


Due to market conditions, we have now proposed to revise our plans to suit the local
market under Affordable Housing scheme.


We hereby declare that we do not intend and will not sale any unit of the said project
"Shree Ganesh Castle Ph-2" bearing Registration Certificate # P51600016001 dated
11/04/2018 and request the said project be treated as withdrawn and cancelled.


We hereby declare that above mentioned information is true to our knowledge and
indemnify in case any claims received against aforementioned projects.
