     1) This certificate is issued in accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
           and Development) Act, 20LG read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation
           and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate
           Agents, Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.


     2l We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
           during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of
           this certificate.


     3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
           documents, and the relevant records of M/s. Hardik Developers for the period ended
           3L107120L9 and hereby certify that:


           i) M/s. Hardik Developers has completed 100% of the project :iJl3t/O712019 titled
                Durga Palace, MahaRERA Regn. No P51600015780 located at Anandvalli, Nashik.


           ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is'Rs. 5L,45,OOO|- and amounts
                collected till date is'Rs. L,29,95,OOO|-


           iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is 'Rs. 2O,53,5OO1- and amounts
               withdrawn till date is "Rs. 93,18,500/-
