     1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
     Development)       Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra         Real Estate (Regulation and
     Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of
     Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

    2. I have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the course
    of our audit, which in my jour opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

    3. I hereby confirm that I have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the
    relevant records ofMjs SQUARE ESTATE for the period ended 31st march 2020 and hereby certify
    that:

    i. Mjs. SQUARE ESTATE have completed 100% of the project titled B-SQUARE MahaRERA Regn.
    No. P51600014876 located at Ambad khurd shivar.Arnbad.Nashik. 4220006

    ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 1,55,05,000/-*               and amounts collected
    from 05 January 2018 till 31.03.2020 is Rs. 1,94,00,0001-.

    iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is RS.l,55,OS,0001-               and amount withdrawn
    from 05 January 2018 till 31.03.2020 is Rs. 1,94,00,0001-.

    4. [ certify that the Mjs SQUARE ESTATE has utilized the amounts collected for B Square project
    only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project
    has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
