Nashik, District Nashik, PlIN 422013 admeasuring 348.30 Sq. Mtrs. Area being developed by
SHIRSAT AND DAHIVELKAR MALPURE ASSOCIATES.


1.   Followingtechnical professionals are appointed by Owner/ Promoter
       (i) Mr.Vivek Jaykhedkar as Architect;
       (i) Mr. Bhanvilas Bhavsar as Structural Consultant;
       (ii) Mr. Dipak Shinde as Site Supervisor;
2. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor
   and to the best my/our knowledge 1/We hereby certihy that Matoshri Apartment Building
   has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected/
   constructed and enlarged. The Matoshri Apartment building is granted Completion
   Certificate bearing number NANIVI/Nashik West/22504/2019 dated 04/02/2019 by
   Nashik Municipal Corporation.
