Subject: Declaration regarding No Area Share / No Revenue Share to Land Owners

I, Shripad Vinayak Thombare, Promoter/Proprietor of the project “SHRI VITTHAL RESIDENCY”,
having MahaRERA Registration No. P51600014806, do hereby solemnly declare as under:

1. That the land bearing S. No. 190/2B/2, situated at Deolali Shiwar, Sinner Phata, Nashik Road,
   Nashik – 422101, admeasuring 1534.51 Sq.m. (Land Area used for Building A & B), is being
   developed under the valid Development Agreement / Power of Attorney executed by the Land
   Owners in favour of the Promoter.

2. That the Land Owners are not entitled to any Area Share or Revenue Share from the project
   SHRI VITTHAL RESIDENCY.

3. That the Land Owners shall not receive or claim any constructed area, flat/unit, built-up area, ,
   or any percentage share of the developed property.

4. That the Land Owners shall not be entitled to any monetary share, sale consideration, profit
   share, revenue share, or any other financial benefits arising from the sale of units in the project.

5. That all development rights have been exclusively vested with the Promoter, and the project is
   solely developed, marketed, and sold by the Promoter without any sharing arrangement with
   the Land Owners.

6. This declaration is submitted to MahaRERA to confirm that:

        o   There is no area-sharing agreement,

        o   No revenue-sharing agreement, and

        o   No allocation of units/constructed area in favour of the Land Owners.

7. I hereby affirm that the above declaration is true, correct, and executed to comply with
   MahaRERA requirements for the project SHRI VITTHAL RESIDENCY (Reg. No. P51600014806).
