We would like to clarify following things toallotees and public at large thatour
original plan was sanctioned on08/1212017 approval no. LND/BP/A3l78l
1028As per the new Development Control and Promotion Regulation (DCPR)
Nasik 2Ol7 rules, we proposed to revise the plans and are in the process of
submitting our revised plansto Nashik Municipal Corporationand accordingly
there will be addition in number of units and change in carpet area. Details of
original number of units andproposed number of units with their respective
carpet area offlats and original carpet area and revised carpet areaof shops are
