2016 and related compliances applicable from 01"r May 2017 in the state of
Maharashtra, the firm intent to register its projects with appropriate autiority
and do execute necessary documents, agreements, forms, authority letters, and
any other related documents from time to time for this purpose.

to accept, sign, execute, deliver and complete all documents, agreements and
