work and workmanship as per prescribed specification, and as per NBC

relevant code of practice.

   1. Input Materials, Fixtures and Fittings

        I/we hetby certify that all construction nraterial, Irixtures and Fittings with regard
       to the flooring, Elcctrical, Sanitarv fittinrls otc anc-l amcnities to be provided
                                                                                            by the
       promoter in the said project, building rncl the Apartment as are
                                                                             as per specifications
       mentioned in Arutc,xute'E' , of Agreentrtrrt of Sale.
            For those items, where no specifications havc been mentioned in agreement
                                                                                            of sale,
            the materials, Fixturcs and Fittings usccl conform to the relevant BIS standards

            National Building (locies or as per inclr-rstrv sta,clarcls.

        2. Workmanship-I/we hereby certifv that work has been carried out under our
            supervision. We further certify that n,orkn-rarrship ancl quality is satisfactory and

            to the mark ancl the work has been ar:ccptable w,itirin the permissible limits of
            deviations as per relevant codc of practict_..

        3. Structural Engineer---

            Promoters has engaged structural engineer Mr. Amit M. Sanap having licenses
            No.AM0992405 having office at Aaclhar llungalow, Kulkarni Colony, Sharanpur

           The structural clesign of builclings in this project has been done under his
           supervision. f'l-re formwork ancl concrete mix clesign has been done as per IS
           1,0262:2009 or as pet' other relevant cocics as applicable. IIis periodic

           certificates for s'I'AIIILITY AND sAFL'I'y have been kept on record.

       4. Preservation of records--- Recorcl of all test results of this project have been properly
          kept in the prescribed formats and rvill be preserveel at least up to the defect
