Respected Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject, this is to bring into your kind attention that we have
applied for registration of project on 10/01/2018 and obtained number dated 22/01/2018.
However, as per extract of Maharera order No.5/2018 dated 26.11.2018 relating to Quality
Assurance Certificate- Form 2A, “order is issued which shall come into effect from 01.12.2018 to
the promoters who would register their project after 01.12.2018 shall submit quarterly
information in Form 2A”.
But we have obtained RERA number on 22/01/2018 i.e. before issue of the said order.
Therefore, we request you to kindly consider the said fact on record and therefore form 2A is not
required.
