         collected till date of the project is Rs. 10,66,60,056/'.

         Amount which can be withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs lS,5A'45'6341-

         and amount withdrawn till date of this certificate from the designated accounts is Rs
         3,25,56,7951-. Net Amount which can be withdrawn from the designated Bank
         Account under this certificate is Rs. 12,42,88,838/-.

4. 1 certify that the Mls. KBC Globol Linited [Promoter] has utilized the amounts collected
   for "Hari Aakruti Phase - ll" project only for that project and the withdrawal from the
   designated bank account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the
   proportion to the pbrcentage of completion of the project.

    Notes:

    1. Hari Akruti Phase - ll Project js registered under MAHA RERA with effect from
         20-12-2017.

    2.   Project completion percentage is calculated on the basis of amount of cost incurred
         till 31-03-2022 with the total estimated cost of the project as certified by the
         management and as per Form 3 for the period ended on March 2022.

    3.   Amount collected during the year represents 100% of the booking amount received
         in the separate RERA account maintained with the bank, except few receipts which
         $6re deposited in the other Escrow / Collection / Current Account.

    4.   Collection from the customers which were deposited in the Separate RERA accounts
         is inclusive of taxes, maintenance deposits, etc. These other receipts are not
         included in the reporting under Form 5. Also, collections from customers are shown
         as net of cancellations (if anV).
