and amount withdrawn till date of this certificate from the designated accounts is Rs
6,74,74,0631-. Net Amount which can be withdrawn from the designated Bank Account
underthis certificate is Rs. 8,50,03,886/..

  Notes:

  1. Hari Akruti Phase - ll Project is registered under MAHA RERA with effect from
       20-!2-2077.

  2.   Project completion percentage is calculated on the basis of amount of cost incurred
       till 31-03-2021 with the total estimated cost of the project as certified bV the
       management and as per Form 3 for the period ended on March 2021.

  3.   Amount collected during the year represents 100% of the booking amount received
       in the separate RERA account maintained with the bank, except few receipts which
       were deposited in the other Escrow / Collection / Current Account.

  4.   Collection from the customers whjch were deposited in the separate RERA accounls
       is inclusive of taxes, maintenance deposits, etc. These other receipts are not
     included in the reporting under Form 5. Also, collections from customers are shown
     as net of cancellations (if any).

5.   Total receipts from customer as compared to the actual cost incurred on lanq ano
     construction work is on lower side and is within the withdrawal limit as per the Form
     3 for the period ended on March 2021 and RERA Regulations.

6.   Amount collected till the date represents total cumulative booking amount (net of
     cancellations) received from the commencement of the project t nl3I-03-202!,

1.   Amount withdrawn during the year represents total amount withdrawn from the
     separate RERA account maintained with the bank.

8.   Amount withdrawn till the date represents total cumulative amount withdrawn from
     the commencement of the project till 31-03-2021.
