SUBJECT: Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal by
Ganaraj Associates (Marigold Project) for the period from 01/04/2019 to 24/05/2019 with
respect to MahaRERA Regn. Number P51600014683.

1) This certificate is issued in accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
   Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
   Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents,
      Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

2)    We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
      during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this
      certificate.

3)    We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
      documents, and the relevant records of Ganaraj Associates for the period ended
      24/05/2019 and hereby certify that:

      i)    Ganaraj Associates has completed 100% of the project titled Marigold MahaRERA
            Regn. No P51600014683 located at Nashik.

      ii)   Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 1,47,06,500 and amounts
            collected till date is Rs. 2,63,58,000.
      ii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 1,48,10,255 and amounts
            withdrawn tilldate is Rs. 2,62,32,832.

4) We certify that Ganaraj Associates has utilized the amounts collected for Marigold only
   for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said
    project has been in accordance with the proportion tothe percentage of completion of
    the project.

Notes:


1. The promoter is maintaining only one account for rera operations and is not splíitting
    amounts received from customers in ratio of 70:30.


2. The promoter has deposited amount of unsecured loans and capital contribution from
    partners in rera designated account.

3. Thecompletion certificate for this project is obtained on 24/05/2019 hence figures in this
    certificate are considered up to 24/05/2019 only.
