      i)   Ganaraj Associates has completed 95% of the project titled Marigold MahaRERA
           Regn. No P51600014683 located at Nashik.


      i) Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 1,16,51,500 and amounts
           collected till date is Rs. 1,16,51,500.

      iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 1,14,22,577 and amounts
           withdrawn till date is Rs. 1,14,22,577.

4) We certify that Ganaraj Associates has utilized the amounts collected for Marigold only
   for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said
    project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of
    the project.

Notes:


 1. The promoter is maintaining only one account for reraoperations and is not splitting
    amounts received from customers in ratio of 70:30.


 2. The promoter has deposited amount of unsecured loans and capital contribution from
    partners in rera designated account.
