of 01 building(s) (P5160014671) situated on the plot C.N No/CTS No./Survey No.731/2/44 Final Plot
No. 44, F P No. 485A At Krushi Nagar College Road to the South 7.50 mtr. Road, Remaining part of plot
no. 43 to the West, plot no. 4l5 to the East an4 Garden to the North to the West Division of Nashik
Taluka Nashik District Nashik PIN– 422005, admesuring 540.86 sqmt. Area being developed by
Prathmesh Buildwell.

Sir. I, Mr. Shailesh Dhumne have undertaken assignment of certifying Estimated Cost for the Subject
Real Estate Project (PROJECT1) proposed to be registered under Maha RERA, being 01 building,
situated on the plot C.N. No/CTS No./Survey No.731/2/44 Final Plot No. 44, F P No.
485A At Krushi Nagar College Road to the South 7.50 etc. Road, Remaining part of plot no. 43 to the
West, plot no. 45 to the East and Garden to the North to the West Division of Nashik Taluka Nashik
District Nashik PIN- 422005 admeasuring 540.86 sq mtrs. Area being developed by Prathtnesh
Buildwell.

    1. Following technical professional are appointed by the promoter:-
       a. Mr. Ajit L Ghodke as Architect
       b. Mr. Shailesh Dhumne as Structural Engineer
       c. Mr. Hemant Patil as Site Supervisor.

   2. We have estimated the cost of the completion to obtain the Completion Certificate, of the civil,
      MEP and Allied work. Of the Building(s) of the project. Our estimated cost calculation are
      based on the Drawing/plan made available to us for the project under reference by the
      Developer and Consultants and the schedule of items and quantity for the entire work as
      calculated by quantity Surveyor appointed by Developer/Engineer and the site inspection carried
      out by us.
    3. We estimate total estimated cost of completion of the building(s) of the aforesaid project under
       reference as Rs. 2,27,75,000 (total of table A). The estimated total cost of the project is with
       reference to the Civil, MEP and allied works required to be completed for the purpose of
       obtaining the completion certificate for the building (s) from the Nashik Municipal Corporation
       being the planning Authority under whose jurisdiction the aforesaid project is being
       implemented.

    4. The estimated cost incurred till date is calculated at Rs.2,17,71,411 (total of table A). The
       amount of total cost Incurred is calculated on the basis of amount of total estimated costs.
5. The balance cost of completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works of the Building(s) of the
   subject project to obtain Occupation Certificate / Completion certificate from Nashik Municipal
   Corporation estimated at 10,03,589/- (total of table A).

6. I certify that the Cost of the CiviI, MEP and Allied work for the aforesaid Project is completed on
   the date of this certificate is as given as inTable A.
