     withdrawals by Mr. Vijay Gajanan Rasane for the period from 01/04/2018 to
     31/03/2019 with respect to MahaRERA Regn. Number P51600013479.

     1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate
     (Regulation and Development) Act, 20l6.

     2. We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
     during the course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose
     of this certificate.

     3. I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and
     documents, and the relevant records of Mr. Vijay Gajanan Rasane for the period
     ended 31st March 2019 and hereby certify that:

            i. Mr. Vijay Gajanan Rasane has completed 100% of the project titled Surbhi Row
            Houses MahaRERA Regn.No. P51600013479 located at S. No. 39/2/4/1/2 Plot -
            No 7-11, Makhmalabad, Peth Road, Nashik - 422 003.

            ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 2,52,96,940/- and
            amounts collected till (i.e. 31st March 2019) is Rs. 2,92,07,040/-

            iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 2,47,81,276/- and
            amounts withdrawn till date (i.e. 31st March 2019) is Rs. 2,63,00,962/-

     4. I/We certify, that the Mr. Vijay Gajanan Rasane has utilized the amounts collected
     for Surbhi Row Houses only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated
bank account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the
percentage of completion of the project.
