CLARIFICATION FOR FULL OC RECEIVED

Reference: Your show cause notice for non-submission of the Quarterly Progress Reports
dated 23/01/2025 in case of:

Name of Promoter: Shree Krishna Reality
Name of Real Estate Project: Krishna Valley
MahaRERA Registration No. P51600013456

With respect to the said notice we would like to state and submit as under:


1. We have obtained full occupancy certificate for our project on 30/01/2020.
2. We have also obtained Form 4 from Architect on 04/02/2020 and uploaded on our project
   web-page. But the same has been deleted by MahaRERA and hence we have received
   notice for uploading Quarterly Progress Report.
3. Since the OC is received on 30/01/2020, the QPR for further years in not applicable.
4. We are attaching a copy of Occupancy Certificate issued by Nashik Municipal Corporation
   and Form 4 issued by Architect for your kind reference.
5. We hereby request you to not treat us as promoter in default and also not levy penalty
   for non-compliance of QPR. We shall duly upload the Form 4 again when the tab for
   upload is opened.


Please take the above details on your records and oblige. We are pleased to clarify any
pertinent aspects.
