1) This certificate is issued in accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
      and Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation
      and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate
      Agents, Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2OL7.


2l We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
      during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of
      this certificate.


3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
      documents, and the relevant records of M/s. Shree Krishna Reality for the period
      ended 3tl03l20t9 and hereby certify that:


      i) M/s. Shree Krishna Reality has completed 70% of the project till3L/03/2019 titled
           Krishna Valley, MahaRERA Regn. No P51600013456 located at Mhasrul, Nashik.


      ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is { 1,10,05,100 and amounts
           collected till date is { 3,10,61,350.


      iii) Amount withdrawn during thg year for this project is { 1,42,14808 and amounts
           withdrawn till date is { 3,07,89,068.
