Self Declaration


      I hereby declare that we have constructed a project Orian with nine
apartments. Out of these nine apartment six were sold. Four were sold and
possession was given in September 2016. Two were sold and possession was
given April 2017. Balance three apartments ware retained by us. From the date
enforcement of MAHARERA, i.e. 1st May 2017 we have not made any sale nor
any advertisement for sale. Occupancy Certificate is awaited and we may get it
in few months to came. So our ongoing project does not fall in delayed
application for registration under MAHARERA
