          1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
             and Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation
             andDevelopment) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents,
             Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

          2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Promoter, during the
             course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

          3. We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents,
             and the relevant records of Revati Builders and Developers for the period ended
             16.03.2019 and hereby certify that:

          i. M/s Revati Builders and Developers have completed 79.87 % (Till 16.03.2019) of the project
          titled Revati Bliss MahaRERA Registration No P51600013358 located at Plot no. 6
          5/1/1A65/1/1B72/1 at Aanandwali, Nashik, 422013.

          ii. Amount collected during the year (01.04.2018 to 16.03.2019) is Rs. 4,04,10,625/- and amounts
          collected till date (Up to 16.03.2019) is Rs. 6,58,39,705 /-.

          iii. Amount withdrawn during the year (01.04.2018 to 16.03.2019) for this project is Rs.
          4,04,10,625/-and amount withdrawn till date (Up to 16.03.2019) is Rs. 5,80,40,282/-.
4. We certify that the Revati Builders and Developers has utilized the amounts collected for
Revati Bliss project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank
account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of
completion of the project.

         I.   Estimated cost for the calculation of percentage of completion is given by
              management.
        II.   Percentage of completion is calculated as per actual cost incurred as per books of
              accounts divided by the estimated cost to complete the project.
       III.   The promoter has received occupancy certificate from Nashik Municipal
              Corporation dated 16.03.2019 for the project.
       IV.    Expenses of Rs. 78,20,026/- is incurred upto 31.03.2019 after the Completion
              certificate received of the project.
