Mainabai Manohar Akolkar & others 4 through their G.P.A. Holder Mr. V.R. Shah gave an application about Retention land area admeasuring 12000.00 Sq.Mtrs. to Collector of Nashik for non agricultural permission & so as per the application Collector of Nashik gave N.A. permission by their order No. Maha/Kaksha-3/4lN{PK34/07 Dated 12.12.2007 about the said Survey No. & N.M'C' Nashik sanctioned layout plan vide their letter No' Town Planning,GinatlPancWC-1110 Dated 15.4.2008. So as per the said N.A. Permission & layout plan, the said property was divided into 1 to 47 plots by M.E.No. 61204-A' 12) Infurtherence M.E.No. 63170 shows that' Mr. Bhaskar'Sonuji Aaher, Mr. Suresh Ramkrishna Patil, Mr. Arun Jagannath Baisane' Mr. Pravinsingh Sardarsingh Rajput & Mr. Suresh Vishwanath Patil purchased Plot No. 35 to 38 from the or$nal land owners Smt. M.M. Akolkar & others 4 through their.diP.A. Holder Mr. C.T. Rajebahaddar by way of Registered Sale Deet & the said Sale Deed was executed & register with the Joint Sub-Registrar, Class- II, Nashik 2 vide their document at Sr.No. 097742008 Dated 4.11.2008. As per the said sale deed name of the said purchasers was recorded into record of rights by M.E'No. 63170. r. - 13) Infurtherence M.E.No. 97163 shows that, you i.e. Shree Sai Constructions, through its Partner Mr. K'M. Patel & Mr. C.M' Senghani purchased the said plots from Mr. B.S. Aaher & other 4 by way of Registered Sale Deed & the said Sale Deed was executed & register with the Joint Sub-Registrar, Class-II, Nashik 2 vide their document at Sr.No. 0306112015 Dated 20.4.2015. As per the said sale deed. name of the said purchasers was recorded into record of rights by M.E.No. 97163. 14) Infurtherence record shows that, you have started the construction as per sanctioned building plan by N.M.C. Nashik vide their letter No. LNDIBP/P / C-l / 448/ 4046 DatedT 4 / l0 I 201 6. As per sanctioned building plan, you have started Row-Bungalow Scheme over the said plot property. So, in view of the above observations & record I am of the opinion G that Plot No.35 To 38 area total a are having clean, clear & good marketable title & free from al$ncumbrances * & charges as per the record & documents produced by y,iu/ftfor. *".
