    I DARSHNA BOTHARA have undertaken assignment as Architect of certifying Completion of Construction
    Work of RIDDHESH HEIGHTS Building situated on the Plot bearing Survey no. 65/3/1, Final Plot no 11+12
    demarcated by its boundaries ADJ Sr.No. 66 to the North, plot no. 13 to the South, ROAD to the East, Plot no.
    3 and 4 to the West of Division ANANDWALLI village NASHIK taluka, NASHIK District, PIN 422013,
    admeasuring 634.16 sq.mts. Area being developed by SAMRUDDHI DEVELOPERS

    (i) Smt Darshna Bothara                     as L. S. / Architect ;

    (ii) Shri Rakesh Jain and Asso.            as Structural Consultant

    (iii) Shri Prakash Patil                    as MEP Consultant

    (iv) Shri Abhishek Nikam                    as Site Supervisor

    3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to the best
    my/our knowledge I hereby certify that RIDDHESH HEIGHTS Building has been completed in all aspects and is
    fit for occupancy for which it has been constructed and enlarged. The RIDDHESH HEIGHTS Building is granted
    Completion Certificate bearing number 24430 /2019 dated 19.09.2019 by Nashik Muncipal Corporation,
    Nashik.
