        Nirmiti Buildtech has availed Cash Credit Facility - Project Specific from "State
        Bank of India", 5ME Branch, Nashik. As per the registered mortgage deed
        executed on 12'h December, 2018, registered in the office of Joint Sub
        Registrar Class-ll, Nashik-5, the promoter has mortgaged following securities:
            - Project land bearing survey no. 108/8 city survey no.6138 at Nashik
               admeasuring 3637.10 sq mtrs. consisting of:
               (a) Hypothecation of 59 residential flats of Wing A & B of this project
                   which is under-construction.
               (b) Office No.6/9hO/16/I7 /18/19 having totai area of 269.50 sq mtrs of
                   Town Square Phase | - Commercial.
        In favour of State Bank of India, SME Branch, Nashik.

   3. That it is my true statement.
